Include a little context
Send your account email, what you were trying to do, and the error or order reference if available. Do not send your password, recovery code, card details, or private video files.
Credits and payment help
Failed or cancelled exports return reserved credits automatically. If a charge was duplicated, a purchase did not add credits, or you need help with unused credits, contact us. Refund requests are reviewed individually; approved refunds return to the original payment method and remove the corresponding unused credits. See the terms for details.
Keep your finished video
Uploads and exports are temporary and normally available for 24 hours. Download your finished MP4 before it expires. Keep your original clips on your own device.
